血透医护人员锐器伤现状调查及防护措施
[摘要] 目的调查该院血透室医护人员在进行治疗护理是出现锐器损伤的情况,分析减少锐器损伤的有效对策。方法在2012年3月―2012年11月采用现场调查的方法对该院血透室56名医护人员职业暴露防护以及锐器损伤情况进行调查。结果 56例被调查的血透医护人员在上岗前都参加过职业暴露防护培训,在调查的56例血透室医护人员中出现锐器损伤的共34例,%。结论该院血透室医护人员在进行治疗护理工作时锐器损伤发生率较高,有必要强化血透室医护人员职业安全教育,规范医护人员操作流程,锐器损伤后实施规范处理流程,保证血透室医护人员的健康安全。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the situation of sharp injury among medical workers in Hemodialysis room and summarize effective preventio
n measures. Methods 56 medical workers were investigated for the self-protection and occupational exposure of sharp injury occurred from March, 2012 to November, 2012 through retrospective survey. Results All the medical workers in Hemodialysis room investigated had attended training of knowledge about self-protection and occupational exposure. There were 34 medical workers suffered from sharp injury and the incidence rate was %.
