苏州工业园区生态工业园建设构想∗

摘要:本文立足于国际、国内背景及园区发展现状,识别了园区生态化面临的挑战,从园区生态系统
优化的角度提出了园区生态化建设重点,主要包括资源能源优化方案、生态产业建设、绿色社区建设、
园区安全与风险管理等。在此基础上,对园区生态化建设的效益进行了预评估,结果表明,生态工业
园建设不但能提高园区资源能源利用效率,减少污染排放和环境风险,而且能大大提高园区的国际竞
争力。

Design of Suzhou Eco-Industrial Parks

Abstract: Challenges to build Suzhou ecological Industrial Parks were analyzed based on the international
and national background in the paper. On the base of above, the design to make it ecological industrial parks
was given, which includes optimizing system of resources and energy, constructing of ecological industries,
munity and management of safety & risks. In addition, effects of the design were pre-evaluated, and
the results show that if the design were carried out, the use efficiencies of resources and energy would be
improved, as well as the ability pete with panies.
