**超市库存需求控制方案
摘要:随着物流业在超市行业中的发展应用,仓库储存的控制和高效的出入库在库管理愈显重要。在众多的库存控制方法中,定量订货法可以灵活的掌握库存量,柔化性强,能够适应复杂的消费需求,减少库存占用资金。而高效的出入库及在库管理,还可以提高作业效率,降低作业成本。反过来,及时的在库管理作业又能更好的服务库存控制。通过ABC分类法和5S管理法的实施,我们可以更为清晰的掌握仓库内物品的品种和数量,这样,无论是出、入库还是订货、上架,我们都能做到游刃有余,减少库存过多和库存不足现象的出现,整个超市的相关活动就可以得到恰当的管理。

Summary:With the development of the logistics industry in the supermarket sector application, warehouse storage control and efficient for the greater important in library management. And efficient in the loading and unloading and library management, also can improve the operation efficiency. In turn, timely in library management work and to supply better service inventory control. Through the ABC classification and 5 S implementation of the law, we can be more clear master items in the warehouse and the variety of quantity, so, whether out inventory or order, shelves, we all can do it and ease, reduce inventory too much and the phenomenon of the shortage, the supermarket of the related activities can get proper management.

一、**超市简介
**超市坐落于承德市,双桥区,********小区11号楼地下负一层,成立于2010年2月20号。超市总面积约1200平方米,是双桥区面积最大,品种最全的大型超市。
其主要消费群体为附近小区居民及大学园区学生。
