大学生职业生涯规划的调查研究
——以青岛农业大学为例

【摘要】随着近几年高校毕业生人数的不断增加以及社会人才需求的综合化、专业化的发展,大学生目前的就业形势越来越严峻。面对日益激烈的竞争环境,职业生涯规划在大学生职业的确定发展、提升大学生的就业竞争力和综合素质、实现人生理想中起着越来越重要的作用。大学生职业生涯规划的调查以青岛农业大学在校大学生为主体,从规划现状、自我认知、就业观念等方面了解了当前大学生职业生涯规划的现状。研究发现大学生职业生涯规划中存在意识淡薄、职业环境认识不足、自我认识能力有待提升、规划脱离实际等问题。认为大学生要认识到职业生涯规划的重要意义,客观剖析自我,高校要运用全程辅导理论来指导大学生职业生涯规划。

【Abstract】Recent years, with the increasing number of college graduates and the integration of social personnel needs, professional development, employ -ment situation of college students at present es more and more severe.
