浮盖塑件的注塑工艺及模具设计
摘要
本文是关于浮盖模具的设计,里面对浮盖做了正确的工艺分析,同时也对注塑成型技术的发展过程和选取的注塑材料(PP)了简单的介绍。设计的内容包括分型面的设计、浇注系统的设计、侧向抽芯机构的设计,以及模架和注塑机的选取和校核。考虑到生产效率,经济性和生产效率等相关因素,模具采用一模两腔的模具结构,由于型腔结构较为复杂,采用组合式结构。型芯采用整体式结构,便于加工且节省成本。为使加工方便同时满足塑件成型,采用侧浇口形式。此模具的结构较为复杂,应用到了斜导柱滑块侧向抽芯机构,它是本次设计的重点。然后根据浮盖的结构特点设计了模具的成型零部件(型芯、型腔、滑块),脱模、复位及导向机构。模具是材料成型加工中的工艺装备,它是利用其特定形状去复制成型或复制加工具有一定形状和尺寸的工具。。浮盖在日常生产中是大批量投入生产的,应尽量减少开,合模取塑件过程中的手工操作,本次设计中采用自动开、合模和顶出机构。
