我国研究型大学本科生科研及管理研究
摘要
本科生参加科研活动是培养本科生创新精神、科研和实践能力的一
条有效途径,是实现创新型人才培养目标的必要手段之一。我国研究型
大学从 20 世纪 90 年代末开始试行并推广本科生科研计划,经过十多年
的发展,我国研究型大学的本科生科研工作已经取得初步成效:学生参
与积极性较高,参与教师和学生数逐年增长;部分学校设置相关管理部
门、制定了管理办法、建立了专门管理网站等。但也出现了一些问题:
学生受益面较小;导师指导相对不足;监督机制不健全等。
本文在借鉴美国研究型大学本科生科研管理成功经验的基础上,站
在学校管理的视角,对我国研究型大学的本科生科研管理提出几点建
议:正确定位研究型大学的本科教育;建立、健全本科生科研管理机构
设置、管理办法的制定;指导教师要加强对学生的指导;改革学分制,
给学生更多的发展空间;鼓励向外拓展,增加资金来源等。

STUDY ON UNDERGRADUATE RESEARCH AND
MANAGEMENT AT CHINESE RESEARCH UNIVERSITIES
ABSTRACT
Taking part in undergraduate research is a useful way of fostering
innovating ability, research and practice ability for undergraduates, and it’s
also one of necessary methods for achieving the target of higher education.
From the end of 1990s, Chinese research universities began to generalize
undergraduate research program which have got primary effects through the
last ten years’ development, and they are very popular in undergraduates now,
more and more students and teachers participate in this kind of program, and
some universities set up management departments, constitute management
statutes and so on. However, it lied in many problems which students
benefited little from it, lacked of mentor’s direction, supervise mechanism
unhealthy etc.
According to analysis on current situation of undergraduate research at
Chinese research universities and the essful experience of American
research universities, from the angle of school management ,the paper puts

forward some advices for the administration of undergraduate research at
Chinese research universities, which is to exact orientation for undergraduate
education at Chinese research universities ; strengthen the management and
supervision of the entire process; give undergraduates more guidance; reform
