SECTAION 2. The Association shall be an independent, non-political and non-profit private investigator anization.

SECTAION 5. The purposes for which the corporation is formed are:
(1) To support and maintain the honor and interests of globe Chinese private investigator; create and safeguard a greater union ethical.
(2) To establish and elevate the appropriate standards for practice; constraint improper and resolve dispute to ensure profession should obey the related laws, professional standards and bylaw; eliminate unreliable, petence irresponsible and fictitious profession to enhance occupation standards.

(3) To develop the collaboration and mutual trust between members; increase cohesion petiveness with private investigator industry.
