桥梁初步设计与连续梁桥结构设计
摘要:大桥初步设计结合当地自然、人文文化背景,从安全、适用、经济、美观等方面详细介绍了梁式桥、拱桥、斜拉桥和悬索桥等4种主桥设计构思,并对每种桥型拟定了一种方案。最后经相关指标确定推荐方案为预应力混凝土连续梁桥,并对其材料和施工方法作了详细介绍。
结构设计阶段,对一座三跨变截面预应力混凝土连续箱梁进行结构分析和配筋设计。主跨跨径为88m,边跨54m,采用对称悬臂浇筑施工方法。采用桥梁计算软件Midas Civil 2011对主桥进行分析。首先,选取合理的计算参数,划分梁段,建立有限元计算模型,各阶段受力体系的选择完全模拟实际施工状态。然后根据计算无预应力结构的内力结果试配预应力筋,配筋后对成桥阶段和施工阶段的应力、位移、徐变信息等进行复核,反复调整预应力直至所有条件满足全预应力构件要求,最后完成施工图绘制。

Bridge preliminary design and continuous bridge structural design
ABSTRACT:Bridge preliminary bined with local natural, human cultural background, from the aspects such as safe, applicable, economic, beautiful details the girder bridge, arch bridge, cable-stayed bridge and suspension bridge four main design idea, and for each bridge drew up a plan. Finally the relevant indicators to determine the mended scheme for the prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge, and the materials and construction methods is introduced in detail.
At the stage of structural design, a three-span prestressed concrete continuous box girder structure is analysised, the main span is 88m long and the side span is 54m long, use symmetrical cantilever in-cast construction method. The structural analysis is based on Midas Civil 2011. The structural and materials parameters are inputted to establish the finite element model at each construction stage. Structural analysis of the bridge without prestress tendons is first carried out to obtain the internal forces at critical locations of the bridge. Then prestressed tendons are estimated based on the calculated internal forces. The stress, displacement and long-term creep for the structure with tendons are next checked and the locations and number of tendons are optimized until the entire bridge is made sure to be in pressing state. Finally the construction method and the construction drawings are prepared.
