摘要
随着石油资源的日益匮乏,天然气在世界能源结构中的比重将赶超石油,成为世界第一大能源。天然气是较为安全环保的燃气。密度比空气小,不易聚集成爆炸性气体。使用天然气可以减少二氧化硫和粉尘排放量近100%,减少二氧化碳排放量60%和氮氧化物排放量50%,能有效地减少对环境的污染。因此天然气将取代煤,石油,液化气等,成为主要能源。而现今全国天然气行业也正在迅速的发展,在每一座城市兴建燃气管网和气站,为居民,商业及工业等提供清洁的能源,我国北方地区天然气普及还比较晚,设施正在逐步建设,而天然气城市门站就是其中必不可少的一个项目。
城市门站一般与储配站在一起,站内主要设施有储气罐,加压机房,调压计量间,加臭间,变电室,配电室,控制室,水泵房,消防水池,锅炉房,工具库,油料库,储藏室,辅助设施等。
它的主要任务是将上游来气进行过滤,计量,调压,储存,加臭然后分输给下游用气单位。我们的主要设计任务是根据城市的具体情况进行工艺流程的初步设计,然后根据参数进行水力计算确定管径,根据设备选型的计算适当选择厂站的设备,比如计量设备,调压设备,加臭设备,过滤设备,储存设备,消防设备等。再根据燃气的供应情况选择适当的工艺流程进行设计。工艺设计完成后根据设计规范画工艺流程图,在根据门站的建筑要求画场站的平面布置图。
天然气门站是一个城市天然气管网的喉颈,每一个城市或县城都将建设天然气门站,它承载着整个城市的天然气供应,所以燃气门站是社会能源进步的产物,而门站的设计就显得尤为重要,今后的科技不断发展,我们会建成更多更好的城市门站,更节省投资,创造更大的效益,创造更好的环境。
