银杏达莫注射液对高血压合并肾功能不全患者血脂及肾功能的影响 [摘要] 目的观察银杏达莫注射液对高血压合并肾功能不全患者血脂及肾功能的影响。方法将我院78例高血压肾功能不全患者随机分为对照组(38例)和银杏达莫组(40例),对照组给予常规降压,银杏达莫组在常规降压基础上,给予银杏达莫注射液30 mL,每日1次,疗程为3周,观察两组患者血压、血脂、肾功能的变化,记录其不良反应。结果银杏达莫组在降低患者24 h尿蛋白排泄量、BUN、Scr,升高HDL-r方面均优于对照组(P<)。结论银杏达莫注射液可改善高血压肾功能不全患者的脂质代谢及肾功能。 [关键词] 银杏达莫;高血压;肾功能不全;血脂 [中图分类号] [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701(2014)02-0033-03 Effect of ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection on the renal function and the blood lipid of patients with plicated with renal insufficiency WANG Xiafei1 BO Shuangshan1 WU Yongliang2 of Internal Medicine,the People's Hospital of Dongyang City in Zhejiang Province, Dongyang 322100,China; People’s Hosptial of Xinchang County in Zhejiang Province, Xinchang 312500, China [Abstract] Objective To study the effect of ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection on the renal function and the blood lipid of patients with plicated with renal insufficiency.
