食品安全之所以在全球范围内受到广泛关注,与近些年来国际上食品安全恶性事件连续不断发生不无相关。有效的食品安全指标体系一定要充分考虑食品供应链的内在联系性,因为食品安全问题的发生与食品供应链的风险存在是密不可分的。而现代食品的生产供应已不限于一个企业、一个部门或一个国家,而是具有跨部门、跨地区、跨国界的商品经济属性,其中任何一个环节的食品源发生污染都可能随着大范围流通而扩散至全国甚至全球。
本文从跨国供应链的角度来解读食品安全问题,通过探讨现阶段已有的食品安全指标、食品供应链的风险评估指标等,根据不同食品供应链,选择恰当的指标,并收集相关的数据进行整理归纳。本文突出分析跨国供应链中食品安全问题的特殊性,运用理论与实证分析相结合的方法,为构建跨国供应链的食品安全指标体系的研究目的进一步的探讨。

Abstract
The reason that the food safety is subjected to the extensive concern within the scope of global, is international with nearer in the last years to continuously take place up the safe and malignant affairs consecution of the food and do not have no related. The valid index sign system of the food safety must well consider the inside contact of the food supply chain, because the occurrence of the food safe problem and the existence of the food supply chain risk is inseparable. The production supply of the modern food is already unlimited in a business enterprise, a section or a nation, but the economic attribute of the merchandise that has the section of across, across the region and the multinational field. The food source occurring pollutions of whichever link are all possible to circulate and spread to the whole country along with the big scope even global.
This paper reads the food safe problem from the global supply chain angle, investigating the currently food safe index sign and the valuation index sign of food supply chain risk...etc. According to the different food supply chain, I will choose the fitting index sign and collect the related data to carry on sorting. This paper is outstanding to analyze the global supply chain in the special of food safe problem, making use of the method that the theories and the substantial evidence bine together. So it makes t
