技术创新对中国区域经济增长影响的实证分析

内容摘要:近年来,我国的经济发展取得了举世瞩目的成就,以区域经济为特征的八个跨省区的经济区域布局结构也已经基本形成。经济发展的一个明显趋势就是科技在经济发展中的作用越来越大,西方的新经济增长理论也已经表明,技术创新是促进经济增长的重要因素,而技术创新投入的经济增长效应具有一定的区域差异。基于此,本文将全国31个省市分成8个经济综合区,利用2000—2007年的数据资料,采用面板数据模型,实证验证了我国八个区域劳动力、固定资本投资。技术投入对经济增长的影响。
实证结果表明,劳动力人数对经济增长的边际弹性较小,各区域的经济增长呈现为资本推动型,科技因素对经济增长的弹性较小、具有进一步调整的空间。基于前面的研究结论,我们对东部沿海和大西北经济综合区建立模型,将不同技术投入对经济增长的的影响程度进行了量化分析。

Abstract: In recent years, the economic development of our country has achieved remarkable ess in regional economy, the characteristic of the eight trans-provincial areas economic area layout structure has basically taken shape. Science and technology play a more and more important role in the economic development, which is a clear trend. The West's new economic growth theory has also shown that technological innovation is an important factor in promoting economic growth, but the economic growth effect has a certain regional differences based on inputs of technological innovation. According to this,31 provinces are divided into prehensive economic and trade areas in the article based. The author use panel data from 2000 to 2007 to verify that labor, fixed capital investment and technical input have effect on economic growth in different areas.
The empirical results show that capital promoted economic growth in different areas, labor force and technology factors have small marginal elasticity in the economic growth, and the later has some room to further adjustment. Based on previous findings, we choose two areas to make a model and analyze the impact of economic growth based on different technical inputs.

当今世界科学技术发展日新月异,经济发展的一个明显趋势就是科技在经济发展中的作用越来越大。但由于区域的差异性等多种因素的影响,区域经济发展很不平衡,而且差距还有加大的趋势,究其原因可能有体制、地理条件等多方面原因,技术创新能力应是其主要原因,因为技术创新是区域经济发展的根本动力,是支持区域经济持续发展的重要因素,是促进区域经济持续增长的有力保障。所以研究区域
