【】为了全面探讨子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫肌瘤后的护理方法和效果。
木文随机选择患有子宫肌瘤并利用子宫动脉栓塞术治疗的患者72例,对这72 名病人采取术前心理护理、常规护理以及术后并发症预防及护理等护理措施,并详细观察并记录病人的临床效果。结果显示所有的病人在经过护理之后全部康复出院,,对瘤体的控制作用十分明显
(P<)o因此在对患有子宫肌瘤并利用子宫动脉栓塞术治疗的患者进行护理时,医护人员需要对病人在术前、术中以及术后分别进行护理,防止并发症的发生。

uterine artery embolization,72 uterine myoma patients who were treated by means
of uterine artery embolization were selected randomly and were cared by means
ofpreoperative nursing psychologically, normal nursing,the prevention of
plications and nursing, , the clinicalaffect on the
patients will be observe carefully and results shows that the all the
patients could be recovered and discharged aftersuch three months,
