基于SPSS的佳讯公司二极管产品质量改进 Quality Improvement of Diode Products Based on SPSS for GIANTION Co.,Ltd 作者: 山东工商学院 基于SPSS的佳讯公司二极管产品质量改进 摘要本设计综合运用数理统计和数据分析、统计过程控制等方法,对佳讯公司二极管生产工艺进行了质量数据分析,设计了不良品的基本统计分析、一贯机产品方差分析、相关与回归分析和过程质量控制四个方面的数据分析方案。通过初步的数据分析,发现了制约二极管生产工艺质量问题的瓶颈因素,运用正交试验对工艺参数进行了优化设计。借助SPSS等统计质量工具,,不良品率大大降低,达到了设计的目标。 本设计秉承工业工程优化和改善系统的基本思想,以对我国中小制造型企业的产品质量管理作出一点思考和启示。 关键词质量改进数据分析 SPSS软件二极管工业工程 Quality Improvement of Diode Products Based on SPSS for GIANTION Co.,Ltd Abstract The design conducts the quality analysis of the diode production for pany using the method of Mathematical Statistics, Data Analysis, Statistical Process Control and so on. It designed a data analysis program from four aspects which are the basic statistical analysis, non-performing products, variance analysis, correlation and regression analysis and process quality control. From preliminary analysis, it has found out the bottlenecks hidden in the diode products which affect the quality of production in the factory. Then, Optimize the Process Parameters using an Orthogonal Test(Taguchi Methods) to find out the bination of these quality problems. Finally, the Cpk is improved from to and the fraction defective is decreased apparently with the help of SPSS software. So it has achieved the target. The design gives some thinking and inspiration for quality management of the small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in China in accordance with the basic idea of Industrial Engineering optimization and the system improvement.
