摘要
唐山圣龙水泥有限公司在党峪镇金山工业园区投资兴建“4000t/d熟料新型干法水泥生产线资源综合利用工程”。是新型干法旋窑生产线,此生产线耗能少、污染小、产量大,是集科技与环保于一体的市级重点项目,国家扶持项目,,全部资金为自筹资金,前期已经投资过亿元。项目建成以后可年产155万吨水泥熟料、250万吨水泥。在2010年09月熟料生产线建成,年底熟料线正式开始试生产。水泥生产线有望在2012年06月份实现试生产。
唐山圣龙水泥厂在早期试生产阶段时存在生料成分不稳,造成生料率值的波动。给熟料质量控制及生产上带来很大的影响,直接影响圣龙水泥厂的经济收益。此次课题结合圣龙生产线,以理论结合实际,以圣龙水泥厂为原型。探讨哪些主要因素影响生料率值的波动,以及提出有效的可实行的解决方法。从理论高度剖析问题存在的实质原因,并从实际角度发现问题并提出解决问题的方案。

Abstract
Tang Shan shenglong that locates the town dangyu jinshan industrial zone invests and builds "4000t/d of clinker NSP cement production lines prehensive utilization project".
