摘要
开放式体系结构的数控系统已成为当今数控技术发展的主要研究方向之一,其
中,“计算机+运动控制卡”的模式已成为开放式数控技术发展的主流方向。在该模
式中,运动控制卡的性能优劣成为影响数控系统整体性能的关键因素。
在分析与总结了当前国内外相关研究成果的基础上,针对运动控制卡的设计问
题,提出一种基于数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor, DSP)和复杂可编程逻
plex Programmable Logic Device,CPLD)联合控制技术的运动控制卡
解决方案。在该解决方案中,运动控制卡采用 PCI 总线协议与计算机通信,实现了
复杂轨迹运动的实时控制功能。在关键技术上,引入 PCI 总线控制器于 CPLD 片上
集成技术,提高了频繁插拔型 PCI 总线设备的可靠性和安全性;研发了匀速输出状
态可控 FIFO(First Input First Output, 先入先出)的“漏水算法”,为用户端提供了
更高效实用的 API(Application Programming Interface,应用程序编程接口),使终端
用户开发应用产品更加便捷高效,同时,保证了下层硬件输出控制的实时性与稳定
性;采用 DSP 与 CPLD 复用 RAM 技术实现数据交互,极大的提高了带宽利用率;
在高性能 DSP 上引入插补算法,实现了复杂轨迹坐标点的插补运算功能,使运动控
制卡具备复杂轨迹控制信号的实时输出能力。
实验表明,基于 DSP 和 CPLD 的运动控制卡方案实现了高速、精确、实时、稳
定的复杂轨迹运动控制,且接口广泛支持市面上多种类型的主流数控机构,是一款
低成本、高性能及多功能的运动控制解决方案。

Abstract
Open C (computer numerical control) has e the popular trend
C technology, and the mode of "puter with motion control card" is the
mainstream of the development of C technology. In this mode, the performance
of motion control card acts as one key factor to decide system performance.
After analyzing and summarizing the current status of related research both at home
and abroad, a motion control card was designed, which is based on DSP (Digital Signal
Processor) and CPLD (Complex Programmable Logic Device) joint control technology,
using PCI bus municate with industry PC. It achieved real-plex trajectory
control. The integration technology of introducing PCI bus controller in the CPLD chip
improved the reliability and security of frequently plugging PCI device. And we
developed a "leakage algorithm" which controls FIFO in the condition of different read
and write rates, it not only supplies more efficient and practical API interface , but also
makes end users more convenient and efficient to develop applications, and ensured
