也许有人会说,现在都什么年代了,谈爱国多土气,但是我们要知道,无论是革命战争年代也罢,还是和平年代也好,爱国从来只有进行时,没有完成时;从来只有现在时,没有过去时。所不同的只是在形式和内容上,不同时代使命有所侧重罢了。
改革开放带来了西方文明,也带来了不少崇洋媚外的人,他们觉得西方什么都好,风景美,生活条件好,人们素质高,于是从小就教育自己的孩子要赚很多钱长居国外,因此,很多留学的人都忘了自己的根,做个“香蕉人”。比如有些人连自己的国籍都换了,“我是中国人”不再是个让人自豪的句子,这不得不让我们伤感。诚然,我国有很多不足,但是中国是我们的根,是我们祖祖辈辈生长的地方,是我们灵魂的寄托,我们要做的不是远离他,而是发展、解决她的问题。
因此,对出国的人进行爱国教育是很有必要的,让他们知道,“我的根在这里,我最爱的还是这里。”对我自己来说,如果我有机会出国,我一定会在外国好好学习他们的优势,然后回到祖国做贡献。
