对机构投资者发展的研究提 要
20世纪80年代以来,以养老基金、保险基金、投资基金为主体的机构投资者的崛起,引导着国际证券市场投资主体机构化的深刻革命。近年来,关于机构投资者的发展也成为我国证券市场发展的热点话题。本文首先从经济学角度分析机构投资者产生的原因,考察国内外机构投资者发展的状况和必然性;接着比较论证了国内外机构投资者在市场中功能发挥的差异,并从制度层面分析其中的原委;进而探讨我国机构投资者规范发展的创新模式选择,最后提出解决我国机构投资者现存问题并促进其持续健康发展的思路。本文论证翔实、结构层次分明,采用了定性与定量相结合、实证与规范相结合的研究方法,力求分析和论证全面、客观,使研究成果具有科学性和一定的理论指导意义。文章关于机构投资者规范发展的政府主导型制度创新模式的选择原因及策略设计具有一定的创造性和实用价值。

ABSTRACT
From 1 980’S,the sustained rise of institutional investors mainly of Investment Funds,Pension Funds and Insurance Funds have brought about the deep revolutions in the international securities thesis analyzes why institutional investors came into being from the economics point of view and elaborates the expands of institutional investors at home and pares domestic institutional investors’function with which of overseas institutional investors in their own markets and seeks the
reason for it,further,discusses which style should be selected for the institutional investors of our institutional ,it puts forward tentative measures for the institutionalinnovations of institutional investors.
The thesis applies qualitative and quantitative analysis,and also positive and
normative that the conclusions are scientific and of theoretical addition,the research in the government leading style of institutional innovation has certainly creativity and practical value.

基金为主体的机构投资者获得了迅猛的发展,其行为也呈现出由传统的牟取短期差价收益转向进行长期投资,并监督企业经营管理的基本趋势,这对公司治理结构改进和证券市场良性发展产生了积极而深远的影响,是国际证券市场结构和运行机制的深刻革命。
