城市路灯智能监控与节能控制系统的研究
摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展,电力消费也随之快速地增长。电力资源已成为
紧缺资源,而如何节能降耗已成为近年来研究的热点课题。
针对我国在城市照明中存在的巨大能源消耗问题,本文现实了基于模糊控
制算法的新型路灯智能监控与节能控制系统。这个系统详细分析了以
MC9S08QE64 为主控元件的硬件电路,给出了智能路灯节能控制设计方案。该
系统具有稳压控制、软启动、自动启停、智能调压控制功能。
路灯智能监控与节能控制系统将晶闸管功率变换单元和智能控制系统相结
合,利用变压器组隔离高低压,将变压器组中的可变电抗器一次绕组(高压)
与路灯相串联,将二次绕组与晶闸管和具有模糊控制算法的控制系统相联,通
过改变其低压绕组上的电压来控制高压绕组上电压的变化,从而达到改变路灯
端电压的效果,以实现路灯的软启动和调压节能。
本文针对路灯端电压的控制进行了软件设计,对系统进行了仿真,验证了
系统方案的可行性。
实验表明,智能路灯节能控制系统明显地提高了路灯的用电效率,改善了
功率因数。在节约能源、电力资源合理利用的今天,该装置有着十分广阔的社
会和商业前景。

The research of intelligent control and energy efficient control
system for City Street Lamps
Abstract
With China's rapid economic development, electricity consumption also will
increase rapidly. Power resources have e scarce resources. So how to save
energy has e a hot research topic in recent years.
For the existence of the huge energy consumption, this dissertation
implemented the lamp control system based on fuzzy control algorithm for
intelligent monitoring and energy saving in urban lighting. The article analyzed the
MC9S08QE64 ponents for the master in detail and finally put
forward design scheme of intelligent control system for energy-saving lamps. The
system possesses intelligent control system for energy-saving lamps.
Street light control system for intelligent monitoring and energy-saving has
combined thyristor power conversion unit and the intelligent control system. Using
the transformer unit to isolated the high and low voltage, also the transformer
substation in the reactor can be a winding (high voltage) in series with the lamp,
then to link secondary windings with SCR control algorithm and fuzzy control
system. Finally by changing the voltage on the low voltage winding to control the
high voltage changes on the voltage winding, so as to achieve the effect of
