盐酸氨溴索注射液治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床分析
[摘要] 目的探讨盐酸氨溴索注射液在小儿支气管肺炎中的临床应用价值。方法选取本院儿科于2014年1月~2015年1月收治的96例支气管肺炎患儿,对其进行回顾性分析,依据治疗方法不同分为研究组和对照组,每组48例。比较两组患儿的临床疗效,咳嗽、咳痰、气促、肺部湿??音消失的时间,及并发症发生情况。%,%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<)。研究组咳嗽、咳痰、气促及肺部湿??音消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<)。%,%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=,P<)。结论盐酸氨溴索注射液可明显改善患儿的临床症状,缩短相关症状消失的时间,治疗效果显著,值得临床推广。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical value of ambroxol hydrochloride injection in children with bronchial pneumonia.
