How many hours do u sleep every day and why?
Mostly 7- 8 hours. I guess it ’ s fair enough for me. But still, sometimes I can ’ t control myself
sleep in when I ’ m too tired.
Is it necessary to take a nap?
I suppose so. A short nap during the day is just like a recharge for the battery. It can refresh our
body as well as spirit, which makes us better prepared for the afternoon work, or study.
Do old people sleep a lot?
Well, I don ’ tknow… I don ’ thave much experience of being old. I basically found that my
grandfather always goes to bed early but no matter how early I wake up in the morning, I can see
he has already been sitting in dining room. So, I guess old people don ’ t sleep a lot.
Can you sleep well if you are in a noisy environment?

Absolutely not. The thing is I am pretty sensitive to noises, if I ’ m in a noisy environment,can
never get into sleep unless I am deadly exhausted.
How to have a good sleep?

For me, the first thing is to find a quiet place, it ’the most important. Secondly, make sure
everything around is settled, or say, safe? And thirdly, turn off the cell phone and close eyes.
Do you like to get up early in the morning?
I do, I hope that I can make it to get up early every day, so that I can make full use of my mornings.
