灭火救援战例写作优化研究.doc

摘要
灭火救援战例是公安消防部队用于记录、保存、分析、总结灭火救援战斗过程的一种文体,并作为广大消防官兵研究火灾与灭火救援作战规律、特点的重要背景资料,借助阅读灭火救援战例让广大消防官兵获得有用信息来提高火灾与灾害现场的处置能力。通过深入基层部队进行广泛调研活动后,发现在以往灭火救援战例写作中存在很多缺点和问题,明确了广大消防官兵阅读灭火救援战例是存在的范围广、层次多的需要。本论文的主要工作是通过分析、总结以往战例的写作特点、一般规律;深入消防基层部队进行调查研究,征求广大官兵对战例写作内容、特点、手段等方面的意见;与专业人员探讨目前的灭火救援战例写作在写作内容、写作原则、写作手段、写作方式等方面存在的主要问题,研究确定战例写作的内容模块、结构形式和写作手法及其表现手段的优化措施,从而形成新的灭火救援战例写作标准体系,以用于规范和指导灭火救援战例的撰写。

Abstract
Fire bats writing is a style used to record, preserve, analyze and summarize the process of the fire rescue work. It offers important background materials for fire-fighters to research the principles and characteristics of fire rescue wars. By reading this, fire-fighters can obtain useful information to improve the ability of the disaster site. Through extensive research in grassroots units, the author finds that there are many ings and problems in the previous writings. Fire bats writing is not enough to satisfy fire-fighters’ multi-level reading need. This paper mainly analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of previous fire bats writing. Through research in fire grass-roots units, asking for some suggestions from fire-fighters for writing contents, principles and devices of fire bats writing and discussing these aspects with professionals in this specialty, the author studies the module, structure, writing technique and optimization measures of the fire bats writing, and then forms a new standard system of such writing, hoping to offer a guide for the writing of fire fighting.
