摘要
信用是人与人交往中必不可缺的东西,如果一个人失去了信用,那么他在社会活动中必将寸步难行,随着时代的发展,信用这个话题越来越深入到百姓家中,随之而产生了个人信用制度,而个人信用制度在一些发达的欧美国家,早已有160多年的历史,已经相当发达和完善,并在国民经济发展及社会生活方面发挥了重大的作用。而个人信用制度在我国确可以算是一个崭新的话题。众所周知,个人信用制度是一国信用制度体系的重要组成部分,更是商业银行等授信机构开展个人信贷业务的基础。
全文共分为四部分:第一部分阐述了信用的概念,并介绍了信用经济,个人信用与个人信用制度。第二部分简要介绍了我国个人信用的发展情况并提出了中国个人信用制度中存在的缺陷。第三部分介绍了阻碍我国个人信用制度发展的一系列约束问题。第四部分是论文的重点章节,总结了国际发达国家个人信用制度的经验并提出了完善我国个人信用制度的建议。

Abstract
Credit is something essential to human interactions , If a person has lost credibility, he was unable to move in the social activities, with the development of the times, this topic more in-mon people, and then the personal credit system has fallen. But the history of it in some developed Euro-American countries has already been 160years,the personal credit system in this countries has been very imperfect. and plays a significant role in the national economic development and social life. But it just a new topic for our country. As is known to all, the personal credit system is an important part in credit system of one country, what’s more, it’s the basic to conduct personal credit business for mercial back and some fiduciary institution.
It so happens that at the double conference of last year, credit and personal credit system have e a hot topic. It’s no wonder that the credit conditions of China has deeply influenced our country economy, finance, our people’s livings and so on. Governing the credit conditions of our country has e our people’mon ideas. It’s important to study this topic. This thesis wants to shallowly study the topic-personal credit system of China.
