Abstract
Objective: From the physiological and pathological point of depth key factors of Yangming and Shaoyin disease, by three urgently purgative syndrome of Yang Ming, Shao Yin disease are analyzed, combined with febrile faction theory and clinical experience, to explore internal relations between the two disease. Expand Shanghan six-channel disease connection between, rich “shanghan study” academic content. Methods: The paper takes the huangdineijing related the zang-ans and meridians, and the traditional classic discussion of Yang Ming, Shao Yin related physiological pathology know as the foundation. Through the analysis of the three urgently purgative syndrome of Yang Ming, Shao Yin disease, absorb the traditional, especially to warm disease everybody’s treatment ideas and experience, looking back upon on shanghanlun Shaoyin and Yangming disease’s writing purpose, to explore internal connection between the two diseases, forming the topic theoretical results.
Conclusion: Body fluids is the basis of Yang Ming and Shao Yin, and unobstructed qi movement is the necessary conditions. Fluid consumption and obstruction of qi are Yangming disease and Shaoyin disease’mon pathogenesis, also their internal connections. Therefore, Yangming disease and Shaoyin disease may have possibility of mutual changing. The six urgently purgative syndrome show that the reciprocal change e possible and trends. Zhang zhongjing’s shanghanlun established rules for the treatment of warm disease, not only for cold disease. Yangming disease and Shaoyin disease article proposed differentiation and treatment methods, is established for warm disease.
