城市旅游空间结构优化研究-旅游管理专业毕业论文.docx

摘 要
在旅游“城市化”的大背景下,城市旅游空间结构的优化已成为国内外学者高度关注、积极探索的一大问题。本文运用旅游学、城市地理学、城市规划学及区域经济学等学科的基础理论与系统研究方法,对城市旅游空间结构优化的一般理论问题进行了较深入的探讨,并对长沙城市旅游空间结构的优化进行了实证研究。本文分四个部分对论题进行论述。·
第一部分介绍了城市旅游空间结构的研究背景,对城市旅游空间结构的相关研究现状进行了综述,并阐述了本文研究的意义、思路、方法及创新点。
第二部分主要从廓清基本概念、构建最基础的概念理论体系入手,对城市旅游空间结构的特点进行分析并提取城市旅游空间结构的要素。
第三部分首先从影响城市旅游空间结构演变的因素分析入手, 提出了城市旅游空间结构在不同阶段对应不同的结构模式;然后对城市旅游空间结构的优化内涵进行了探讨,并深入分析了城市旅游空问结构的优化机制:最后,从制定政策、直接投资以及基础设施建设等方面阐述了城市旅游空间结构的主要优化手段。
第四部分确定了实证研究的范围,在分析长沙城市旅游空间结构演变历程的基础上,针对长沙城市旅游空间结构的发展现状进行评价,提出城市旅游空间结构优化与发展的相关策略与措施。强调要在长沙城市旅游空间发展战略的指引下,确定长沙城市旅游空间发展思路,并从格局优化和核心优化两个方面提出了长沙城市旅游空间结构的优化措施。

ABSTRACT
Under the general background of tourism urbanization,the optimization of urban spatial structure has e one of the research focuses among scholars home and i s thes i S, based on some fundamental principles and researching approaches of touristics,urban geography,urban planning and regional economics,offers an insight into the theoret ical issues of the spatial structure of urban empirical study on the spatial structure of Changsha city is conducted. ThiS thesis contains four chapters:
