摘 要
液压自动换挡变速箱凭借其传递功率大、换挡冲击小、适应环境能力强等优点而成为大功率车型的首要选择。同功率下的液压变速箱有着更高的抗干扰和抗高温能力。随着变速箱技术水平的提升,液压变速箱的档位越来越多元化并且其动力性、经济性和竞争力进一步提升。同时自动液压变速箱能够根据路况自动选择档位,这样使处于复杂工作环境下的驾驶员有了更好的操作环境。我国变速箱技术发展相对比较滞后,换档控制理论和研究相对国外还比较较少,因而对自动变速箱的换档器和控制器的研究是非常有必要的。
本文在 MA5711 变速箱的机械本体基础上,展开了对选挡器和控制器的研究及设计工作。
在论文开头较为详细的分析和阐述了 MA5711 的机械本体结构和液压控制回路,以前两者为硬件基础,对变速箱的换档流程进行了介绍,然后据此分析了选挡器和 TCM 控制器的功能需求。
进而选择了英飞凌公司生产的 XC2785 芯片作为选挡器主芯片并对它和 TMS2812 芯片的特点进行了一下对比,在 XC2785 芯片的基础上完成了选挡器的硬件设计,同时开展了核心控制器 TCM 的硬件设计工作。对选挡器和
TCM 控制器之间 CAN 通讯的上层协议 J1939 进行了简要的介绍。在硬件基础上,完成了软件功能程序的设计。
在前两者基础上,完成了对变速箱的整车调试。在调试过程中,首先要进行参数标定,然后记录变速箱状态参数的变化,绘制成状态曲线,并研究控制规律,其控制规律符合控制器设计要求。

Automatic hydraulic shift transmission e the primary choice for high- power vehicle models .it has the advantages of great transmission power, a small shift effect, strong ability to adapt to the environment etc. At the same power, the hydraulic has a higher capability withstand to jamming and high temperature. With the development of the technology of the shift transmission, the gear of the transmission has more and more choices and its dynamic performance, economy petitiveness are increasing. at the same time, according to road conditions Automatic hydraulic transmission automatically selects the gear, so that the driver in plex working environment has a better operating environment.
