摘 要
面对着信息技术高速发展的今天,计算机应用在人类日常生活中越发显示出不可或缺的作用。对各类企事业来说,运用信息技术,建立一套适合自身独特需求的办公自动化系统(officeAutomation,OA),无疑是当务之急,这不仅能优化业务流程,而且可以极大提高办公效率,为协助企业管理工作迅速适应信息化时代的发展要求,打下良好的基础。
本文是针对某餐饮企业设计的办公自动化系统,由于该企业日常业务和数据信息的管理繁杂,采用传统的人工管理已明显滞后,因此在明确掌握用户需求的基础之上,提出企业办公自动化系统的基本系统设计方案,并从需求分析、结构设计、功能设计、以及实现等方面,详细阐述了 OA 系统的整个开发流程,给出了一个结合三层 C/S 模式结构和 Web 技术的办公自动化系统。该系统在功能需求分析的基础上,确立了系统的功能模块化系统设计,具有系统登录、个人办公、公文管理,公共信息管理,任务管理,文档管理,即时通信,系统管理八个功能模块。另外,在系统需求分析和系统设计阶段,均使用了统一建模语言(Unified Modeling Language,UML)对办公自动化系统中所涉及到的要素进行了建模;使用 作为系统的数据库访问技术;在网络通信方面,合理运用了 Web Service 技术,以实现分布式的应用。 Framework 开发平台,选择 Visual Studio 2008 作为集成开发环境,C#作为开发语言,SQL Server 2005 作为后台数据库,充分利用它们无缝集成平台的优点,使系统开发更容易,运行更安全更稳定。
本系统测试和试运行后,作为前期试用版已经投入到了公司的实际工作中, 并得到了公司工作人员的支持和肯定,满足了公司的办公需求,切实提高了公司的办公效率,基本达到了预期的系统设计目标。
