摘要
在本研究中,自尊是指对自我整体的一种态度,是个人对自我价值以及对自我能力
的情感体验;自我评价是指个体对自己的思想、能力、水平等方面所作的评价,它是自
我调节机制的主要成分;人际关系是指大学生在校期间和周围与之有关的个体或群体的
相处及交往的关系。以往自尊与人际关系研究结论中存在相互矛盾,导致这种矛盾的原
因可能是因为自尊与人际关系之间不是直接的线性关系,它们之间可能存在着中间变量,
研究表明自尊与自我评价也存在密切的关系。因此笔者在阅读了大量文献的基础上,提
出了本研究的目的:探讨自尊、自我评价与人际关系三者之间的相关。以 800 名全日制
在校本科生为研究对象,采用陈建文修订的大学生二维自尊量表,丛中、高文凤编制的
自我接纳问卷,郑日昌等人编制的人际关系综合诊断量表和社会测量法,从自尊的自我
喜欢、自我能力感两层面和自我评价的自我接纳、自我肯定两层面考察其对人际关系及
其人际交谈、人际交际、待人接物、与异性交往四个层面的影响和预测作用。旨在探索
改善当代大学生人际关系的有效途径,并为维护大学生的心理健康、制定心理健康教育
措施提供科学有效的理论依据。
研究结论表明:
1、自尊、自我评价与人际关系三者之间呈显著相关。其中自尊与自我评价呈显著正相
关,自尊、自我评价与人际关系困扰呈显著负相关。
2、自尊、自我评价对人际关系有显著预测作用。
3、自尊对人际关系的影响有直接影响,也有通过自我评价对人际关系的间接影响。自
我评价对人际关系有显著的直接影响。

Abstract
Abstract
In this study, self-esteem refers to one’s attitude towards one’s whole self as well as
emotional experience about one’s self-value and capacity; self-evaluation refers to one’s
evaluation on the thoughts, ability, of oneself, which is an ponent of self
adjustment mechanism; interpersonal relations refer to the associating relations between
undergraduates and other individuals or groups concerning to them. The contradiction existed
in conclusions of previous studies on the relationship between self-esteem and interpersonal
relations, the reason was maybe because the relationship between self-esteem and
interpersonal relations were not direct. Because close relationship was also found between
self-esteem and self-evaluation, the purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship
among self-esteem, self-evaluation and interpersonal relations. 800 full-time undergraduate
students were investigated. The measurement tools included a two-dimensional self-esteem
scale revised by Chen Jianwen, a self-acceptance questionnaire constructed by Cong Zhong
and Gao Wenfeng, an integrated diagnostic relationships scale constructed by Zheng richan
