摘要
随着国民经济的迅速发展,我国已经过了公路建设的高峰期,进入公路养护期,越来
越多的公路需要养护,致使养护资金相对短缺,养护水平较低。要改变目前被动养护的局
面,最有效的方法是实施预防性养护。路面预防性养护对维持良好路面性能具有重要意义。
预防性养护的效果与进行预防性养护的时机密切相关,然而对于预防性养护时机的确定问
题,目前国内还没有较完善的解决办法。本文以沧州地区高等级路面为研究对象,选定有
代表性的典型路段,对这些路段路况数据进行采集,通过对使用性能的评价和预测,确定
需养护的路段和制定相应的养护维修对策。
本文在对路面进行使用性能评价时提出采用层次分析法确定权重,再分别利用属性数
学模型和物元模型对代表路段进行评价;使用灰色马尔科夫预测模型对代表路段使用性能
进行预测;结合评价和预测结果,选择合适路段和合适时机进行预防性养护,通过对国内
外一些行之有效的路面预防性养护技术进行的全面分析,可使养护单位根据不同的路况选
取最佳的预防性养护措施。

PAVEMENT MAINTENANCE
ABSTRACT
As the construction of domestic highways develops rapidly, more and more highways need
maintenance so that the maintenance funds are relatively in short of supply and the quality of
maintenance is low. The most effective way to change the current passive situation is to adopt
preventive maintenance . Pavement preventive maintenance plays a significant role in preserving
the function of highways and its effectiveness is closely related to the timing of maintenance.
However, a better way to seize the right time has not yet been found home and abroad up to
now .With highway of city Cangzhou as study object , choose the representational road and take
date of it. Through estimating and forcast pavement performance , ascertain section which need
mainten and work out countermeasure.
When estimating pavement performance , the paper puts forwards to a new synthetic
assessment system based on attribute mathematical theory and utilizes Analytic Hierarchy
Process to ascertain the weight; Forcast pavement performance by grey-Markov probability
prediction model ; With the result of estimate and forcast, then the analyse of some effective
techniques of pavement preventive maintenance home and abroad helps the maintenance
department take the best preventive maintenance measure according to differ
