长株潭冷链物流配送中心选址研究.docx

物流产业作为中央政府提出的十大振兴产业之一已经受到大家的普遍重视,其发展所能够带来的经济和社会效益已经逐渐为大家所认识和了解,而冷链物流作为物流产业的一个重要分支在我们生活的许多方面也扮演着非常重要的角色。长株潭地区是全国重要的综合交通枢纽以及交通运输设备和商贸物流基地,目前市场迫切的需要一个专门为冷链物流服务的配送中心来统一管理相关业务。在此之前,配送中心的选址必须正确合理,选址的合适与否将直接影响到配送中心的发展。因此,长株潭地区冷链物流配送中心的选址研究已经成为迫切的需要。
文章首先对目前冷链物流的发展和研究状况以及相关背景予以了综述,其次通过对冷链物流配送中心选址的相关问题进行分析,确定冷链物流的特性,影响因素以及配送中心选址的理论和方法;进而研究层次分析法在冷链物流配送中心选址中的具体应用;最后通过运用层次分析法对长株潭地区三个最合适且符合实际的备选区域进行初步选址方案的确定。
文章旨在为地方政府或者企业在冷链物流配送中心选址决策的过程中提供理论上的支撑和参照作用,并具有一定的实际意义。

The Location selection of Cold Chain Physical Distribution Center in changzhutan
Abstract:Logistics industry has got a wide spread attention as one of the top ten revitalization industry in our central gradually realize both economic and social benefits will be brought by the development of logistics, meanwhile,the cold chain logistics as a part of logistics industry has played great important role in several aspects of our , Zhuzhou and Xiangtan region is the country's major integrated transport hubtransportation equipment merce all know that correct location of the cold chain logistics distribution center will directly influence all aspects of logistics .As a result, the study of cold chain logistics distribution center in Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan regions has e important.
In this article, firstly, it analysis some related problem of cold chain logistics distribution center site selection. Secondly,it find out the characteristics and impact factors of cold chain logistics, meanwhile, it also analysis theories and methods of distribution center location. Then it studied how to apply the Analytic Hierarchy Process to the cold chain logistics distribution center site selection. Lastly, it take preliminary site selection of the most appropriate and realistic alternative region in Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan by the use of Analytic Hierarchy Process.
This article aims to provide theoretical support and reference to the local governments or
