摘要
本设计的主要内容包括工程量清单编制和招标控制价编制两部分。本工程工程量清单编制分为分部分项工程量清单编制和措施项目工程量清单编制,招标控制价由分部分项工程费、措施项目费、规费和税金组成,招标控制价可以防止投标人围标,无限制的哄抬标价。通过本次设计让我对工程量清单与招标控制价的编制过程有了更清晰的认识,实际操作能力得到了提高,专业知识得到了巩固、加深。

Abstract
The main content of this project contains drawing up the bill of quantities and controlled bidding price. The bill of quantities of this work could be divided into the formation of the bill of quantities of branch and item project, and that of measure item project. And controlled bidding price., which consists of branch and item project fees, measure item fees, standard fees and taxation fees, could help prevent people who operate bids from beleaguering the bid, or lifting up the bid price infinitely. And I essfully receive a more clear cognition of the detailed list of work amount, as well as the process of drawing up the controlling price of bids, and I also essfully enhance my actual operation ability and my professional knowledge via this design and project.

科院实验辅楼建筑主要结构类型为框架结构,设计合理使用年限为50年。层数为3层+1架空层,,一、,,连廊起辅助作用,总建筑面积为2447㎡,。土壤类别为三类土,自然地坪标高为-,地下常水位标高为-,抗震等级为三级,耐火等级为二级。

工程量清单是表现拟建工程的分部分项工程项目、措施项目、其他项目名称和数量的明细清单,它是依据招标文件规定、施工设计图纸、计价规范计算分部分项工程量,并列在清单上作为招标文件的组成部分,可提供编制标底和供投标单位填报单价。工程量清单是编制招标工程标底和投标报价的依据,也是支付工程进度款和办理工程结算、调整工程量以及工程索赔的依据。
