基于ESI论文产出的高校科学基础研究的现状研究
摘要
我国于 2006 年提出了建设创新型国家的总体目标,基础研究在这
,大学不仅是从事基础研究
工作的主力军,还担负着为基础研究培养高级后备人才的任务。高校
学科建设作为建设世界一流大学的重要突破口,是建设创新型国家的
一个组成部分。
明确学科发展现状对学科建设具有指导意义。因此,本文的核心
内容围绕我国内地高校各学科基础研究的现状展开。在论述了我国内
地高校的学科体系及对应的学科建设机制的基础上,本文利用科学计
量的方法,根据基本科学指数数据库(ESI)所收录我国内地高校 1999
年—2009 年间的基础研究成果(论文),采取总论文数、总被引次数、
论文平均被引次数、论文活跃度指标和相对影响力指标从数量和质量
2 个维度对我国内地高校各学科基础研究产出进行了统计分析,以量
化角度展现了现阶段我国内地高校在各个学科上的研究现状,并结合
国家重点学科建设对现状进行了阐述,并由此发现了我国内地高校各
学科基础研究的特点以及目前存在的一些问题。最后,本文以此为基
础对我国今后的学科建设工作提出了一些政策建议。

A Study on Status of University Basic Research in
Disciplines Based on ESI Academic Paper Outputs
Abstract
Basic research is an important driving force of human civilization
and the innovative country building. Domestic and international studies
have shown that, the university is not only a major force in basic research,
but also charged with the task of training research talents. As a platform
of basic research and personnel training, construction of discipline is an
important part of the university building. Moreover, the level of discipline
reflects university educational level, school characteristics, and academic
status and petitiveness and so on. International experience also
shows that, the construction of key disciplines is an important
breakthrough in world-class university building. Therefore, construction
of discipline is very important for the innovative country building.
Technology evaluation work will help find out the orientation of the
university, observe the development of basic research in universities with
an international perspective. Through this, it provides reference in
development discipline plans and strategies to promote discipline
construction and scientific development. In view of this, this paper uses
