摘要
本文通过搜集并查阅有关资料,阐述了腾格里沙漠砂和毛乌素沙地砂资源化利用的重要性、必要性及可行性。并采集了具有代表性的腾格里沙漠砂和毛乌素沙地砂,采用理论分析与试验研究相结合的方法,进行了不同粉煤灰掺量对沙漠砂混凝土的单因素试验;研究水胶比、砂率、粉煤灰掺量、沙漠砂取代率等因素对沙漠砂混凝土的工作性和混凝土抗压强度影响的正交试验;硅粉对沙漠砂高强混凝土的影响试验等一系列的相关研究;研究结果表明:
(1)掺入一定量的粉煤灰能够改善沙漠砂混凝土的工作性和提高混凝土的抗压强度。
(2)通过正交试验分析得出沙漠砂取代率对混凝土的力学性能影响不是很大,可以进一步加大沙漠砂的比率。并且粉煤灰对沙漠砂混凝土的和易性改善效果明显。
(3)通过配置沙漠砂高强混凝土的试验研究得出硅粉对提高混凝土强度有很明显的效果, 只要硅粉掺量不超过 9%,硅粉还能改善腾格里沙漠砂混凝土的和易性,但是随着硅粉掺量的增加,毛乌素沙地砂混凝土的流动性越来越差。
(4)在相同条件下,腾格里沙漠砂混凝土的抗压强度和工作性都比毛乌素沙地砂混凝土的效果好,所以腾格里沙漠砂在工程上的利用价值更高。
本文通过研究,得出了掺粉煤灰沙漠砂混凝土的最佳配合比与掺硅粉沙漠砂混凝土的最佳配合比,对工程中使用沙漠砂有着一定的指导作用。因此,充分利用沙漠砂,对当地的工程建设有着重要的意义,特别是周边地区,能够有效地缓解中砂资源紧张这一问题。

Abstract
In this article,the author described the importance、 necessity and feasibility of Tenggeli desert sand and Maowusu sandy land sand resource utilization through collected and consulted the pertinent data. The author collected representative Tenggeli desert sand and Maowusu sandy land sand,adopted the method bining thoretical analysis and experimental study,carried out the single factor experiment of the desert sand concrete with different fly ash dosage ;Through the orthogonal experiment ,the artcle analysed the influence on the water-binder ratio、sand ratio、fly ash dosage and the desert sand dosage to pressive strength of the desert sand concrete and workability; Study the effect of silica on the desert sand high-strength a series of studies, the author get the following main conclusions:
Incorporated a certain amount of fly ash can improve the desert sand concrete workability and improve the pressive strength.
Through orthogonal experiment analysis,obtained desert sand replacement ratio on the mechanical characteristics of concrete is little affected ,we can further increase the ratio of desert ash can improve the workability of the desert sand concrete .
