玻璃体切除术治疗严重眼外伤临床处理方案分析

摘要:目的探讨玻璃体切除术在治疗炎症眼外伤患者中的实施步骤,分析
其治疗效果,以期为患者带去福音。方法选取木院2012年12月〜2013年9月收治的严重眼外伤患者50例,共50只眼,在对所有患者入院后进行X线、B超检查的基础上,对其施行玻璃体切除术。收集所有患者的临床资料,对其结果进行回顾性分析。结果经过精心的治疗和观察,手术之后视力和治疗前相比明显提高的有35例,视力没有变化者15例,眼内异物成功摘出的有26例。无一例出现眼内炎和眼球摘除者,达到了保存眼球的预期目的。结论玻璃体切除术较单纯药物治疗而言,无疑是严重眼外伤患者的有效方式,在一定程度上改善了患者的生活质量,值得推广。

Objective to investigate the effect of vitrectomy in the treatment of
inflammatory ocular trauma,and to analyze the therapeutic in our
hospital from December 2012 to 2013 September were of patients with severe
ocular trauma in 50 cases, a total of 50 all patients admitted to the hospital after X-ray, ultrasound based on, the underwent vitreous clinical data of all patients were collected, and the results were retrospectively after careful treatment and observation, 35 cases were significantly pared with the visual acuity after operation, 15 cases with no change in vision and 26 cases in the intraocular foreign body case of endophthalmitis
and enucleation, to achieve the desired objective to save the vitrectomy is an effective method for patients with severe ocular trauma, and it is an effective way to improve the quality of life of patients.
