导槽工位设备布局与仿真
摘要
汽车密封条的生产车间的生产工艺和工位布局进行研究。在生产线设计的过程中,在了解各工艺流程内容的基础之上,运用工业工程的有关方法对生产线每个工位的工艺进行分析。同时,根据实际情况确定出生产线的节拍,结合操作时间和节拍确定每个工位的操作工人数量,通过对生产线进行平衡并利用“5W1H”提问法以及“ECRS”汽车密封条导槽工位的布局改善任务,并且对车间进行了人因工程方面的改进。并针对离散变量的计算机系统仿真一般过程以及flexsim软件特点进行介绍,汽车密封条生产车间的运行过程进行了仿真,找出了在生产线运行过程中出现的阻塞和等待问题并对此进行了分析,并提出了改进方案,验证了改进后的效果。
