企业文化是企业的最高信念、是企业的经营哲学、是企业的内在灵魂。企业文化是一种无形的资产和财富,是一种潜在的生产力。作为一个符合社会发展大环境和企业自身特点的适应性企业文化,是企业长远发展的坚实基础。一个没有文化的企业是没有头脑和灵魂的企业,这样的企业也就从根本上失去了发展的目标性、方向性和战略性,也失去了立足于现代市场竞争的前瞻性、能动性和适应性。现代企业长盛不衰和发展繁荣的根本之策,就在于企业文化的培育。随着我国民营企业参与国际竞争的范围越来越广,建设一种适应性企业文化已成为现阶段民营企业管理的迫切需要。企业文化是公司每位员工所奉信的理念、价值观、想法及行为模式。现在有些国有企业拥有良好的生产设备、先进的管理模式、优秀的人才,然而却始终不是国际企业的竞争对手。究其原因就是国有企业没有形成良好的企业文化氛围,导致其无法合理的整合、优化企业资源,使其产品、服务的竞争力低下,进而在国际竞争中一直处于不利地位。企业文化是一个团队在完成一项事业的过程中所形成的共同的理想信念、价值观念和行为准则。由于企业文化具有灵魂、凝聚、约束、向导、激励等几方面的重要作用,因此,也就决定了企业文化其实就是一种以做大做强企业为基本内容的企业发展观点和经营理念。而要达成这种观点的一致性认识,就必须通过管理手段来实现。
