齐云百货商场设计说明书
摘要
本工程位于湘潭市韶山东路西面,长60米,宽60米,,总建筑面积为6507m2,该项工程总共四层,其中一至三层为营业部分,第四层为仓储部分和单身宿舍,。
该建筑平面设计合理,能做到顾客、货物运输、工作人员三股流线流畅和紧凑,且其使用、联系与出入交通均方便,无干扰,各房间大小使用面积合理,满足功能要求。立面造型美观,装饰朴实,符合主体建筑设计要求。立面均采用面砖装饰。
该建筑为钢筋混凝土框架结构,,纵横向承重体系,基础采用钢筋混凝土柱下独立基础, m.。楼面板、屋面板、卫生间采用现浇楼板。
采用流水施工方式,施工技术简便,施工方便。

ABSTRACT
The engineering is locates the West of the East Shaoshan street XiangTan,adjoining to the third bridge, which is a representational architecture , its length and width is 60m, 60m respectively . The floor is whole architecture is 6507m2. The engineering has four layers, its height is . The first to the third layers are shopping, and the fourth is store and dormitory.
The design of architectural plan is reasonable. The customers , goods transport and workers are distributed cleanly. The link and in-out traffic are convenient, no interference. The dimensional design is beautiful and the mold-making is pleasing to the eyes, has luxurious decorate. Accord with the demand of total architectural design.
The whole engineering adopts reinforced-concrete frame structure. The column lower level independent basis, the burying depth is floor slap and the roof slap adopt the YPB.
The engineering adopts flowing water construction way.
