分析小儿糖尿病酮症酸中毒的抢救措施及护理措施
[摘要] 目的观察小儿糖尿病酮症酸中毒的抢救措施及护理措施。方法选取2016年1月―2017年1月来该院治疗的46例小儿糖尿病酮症酸中毒患儿展开分析,所有患儿均接受规范的抢救措施及护理,观察患儿经抢救及护理前后的血糖、血钾、血钠的水平变化情况。结果在经治疗前,患儿血糖、血钾、血钠水平分别为(±)、(±)、(±)mmol/L,经治疗后,患儿血糖、血钾、血钠水平分别为(±)、(±)、(±)mmol/L。患儿治疗前后的血糖、血钾、血钠水平差异有统计学意义(P<)。结论及时有效的抢救措施和综合护理是临床治疗小儿糖尿病酮症酸中毒的重点,可控制病情发展,降血糖,有助于患儿更快康复。
