产妇产程中的舒适护理模式运用研究
[摘要]目的该研究主要就舒适护理在产妇产程中的临床应用情况展开分析讨论,以此来明确舒适护理在产妇产程护理过程中的应用价值。方法选择该院妇产科2011年12月―2012年12月所收治的86例产妇作为研究对象,利用随机抽签法将其均分成观察组与对照组,对照组的产妇在围产期给予常规护理,观察组产妇在对照组的基础上给予舒适护理,对两组产妇的产后2 h出血量、产程时间、心理不良反应发生率以及护理满意度等情况进行记录、比较。结果两组产妇的产后2 h出血量、产程时间、心理不良反应发生率以及护理满意度差异有统计学意义(P<)。结论在对初产妇进行产程护理时,通过对其给予适当的舒适护理,可以在一定程度上降低产妇出现不良反应的概率,降低其在产程中的疼痛,缩短其产程,提高产妇的阴道分娩率。因此,在对产妇进行产程护理时,可以对舒适护理的模式进行大力推广并普及使用。

[Abstract] Objective This study is to analyze and discuss the clinical application fortable nursing in maternal labor so as to evaluate its application value. Methods 86 cases of puerperants admitted in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of our hospital from De
cember, 2011 to December, 2012 were selected as the subjects, and were divided into the observation group and the control group by the method of random lottery. The puerperants in the control group were given conventional nursing during the perinatal period, and the puerperants in the observation group were fortable nursing on the basis of conventional nursing.
