跆拳道之“道”
摘要
亚洲人讲究儒学文化,中庸之道,跆拳道是一项具有东亚特色武技,其中的“道”是指格斗中的艺术和原理(礼仪修练),是用于束缚学习者的心境和力度,也可以概括为一种格斗精神:礼仪、廉耻、忍耐、克己复礼、百折不屈。跆拳道与其它武术的区别在于,充分的展现了赤脚空拳所显现出来的力量及其自身所代表的一种道德精神。礼仪更是跆拳道的一种艺术体现,也是其运动中必不可少的,也是学习跆拳道过程中的行为规范,要表现出:恭敬、服从、谦虚、互助互学的心态。跆拳道所强调的精神不只是形式上的表现,而是要学员从内心体会并去实施它,在练习和比赛的过程中将这种精神转化为心理的动力。

Abstract
Asians pay attention to Confucianism, a middle course, taekwondo is a martial arts with East Asian characteristics, the "Tao" refers to the art and principle in duel (etiquette training), is used to bound the learner's mind and strength, can be summarized as a fighting spirit: etiquette, shame, patience, deny self and return to propriety, indomitable. The difference between tae kwon do and other martial arts is, taekwondo is bine the basic movements and smooth, pletion of 24 basic movements, fully display a kind of ethical spirit barefoot bare handed emerge out of power and its representative. Etiquette is more of a reflection of art Taekwondo, the movement is essential, is also learning behavior norms Taekwondo in the process, to show respect, humility, obedience:, mutual help and learning attitude. Taekwondo emphasizes the spirit of not only the form of the performance, but to students from inner experience and to implement it, will this spirit in the practice and match into the psychology of motivation.
