摘要:针对淮河中游频发的水污染事件,以淮河流域重污染河流沙颍河上的颍上闸为对象,
研究了颍上闸的防污优化调控方案。并以淮河流域开展的实地闸坝调控试验为基础,构建了
颍上闸防污调控优化模型,采用多目标遗传算法对该模型进行求解,同时通过实测水文水质
资料对模型进行验证计算。研究计算结果表明,在兼顾“兴利”和“防污”的双向需要下,
按照模型生成的调控方案调控颍上闸,有效减轻沙颍河污水对淮河水环境的负面影响,可为
重污染河流开展闸坝防污调控研究提供技术支撑。

Optimal model and solution of pollution-control regulation
on Yingshang dam

Abstract: There are frequent pollution incidents in the middle reaches of Huaihe River. Taking
Yingshang dam as a research object on heavy polluted Shaying River, its optimization operate
scheme for pollution-control regulation is examined. Based on the results of dam regulation test in
Huaihe River, optimization model for pollution-control regulation on Yingshang dam is proposed.
The model is resolved by multi-objective ic algorithm and validated by measured hydrology
and water quality data. The result shows that: in terms of both needs of " increase benefits " and
"anti-fouling", Yingshang dam regulation in accordance with optimal model can effectively
reduce the negative influences of pollution incidents caused by Shaying River sewage. The
research of this paper can provide technical support for the operation of dams group in Heavily
Polluted
