摘要
目前,旅游产品正从观光型向观光、度假和专项旅游相结合的趋势发展。度假旅游正成为发展速度最快的旅游产品。专家预测至2012年我国的度假旅游收入将达到9200亿元人民币,占当年旅游总收入的61%。基于这样的发展态势,本文对神泉文化旅游景区展开了新的规划。
从以人为本的思想出发建设人性化的生活空间,创造高品质的生态环境,达到人与自然、人与环境的和谐共存。科学合理的布局景区内各项设施,最大限度满足社会各界人群的需要,营造人与人之间良好的交流环境,体现以人为本、以生态为主体的和谐理念。
以可持续发展观和节约型思想指导神泉文化旅游景区规划,协调近远期关系,合理利用土地资源,保护环境,节约能源。坚持文化、旅游、生活、生态的协调发展。环境建设与功能建设同步,合理布置建筑楼群,注意节能和生态保护,重视水资源和植物资源的有效利用,充分利用自然资源减少运行成本。
本文在调查的基础上,根据神泉文化旅游景区建设与发展的现状,运用相关的环境与心理行为的基础理论,并对一些与景区发展关系密切、带有普遍意义的问题,如文化旅游景区的发展战略、总体功能布局、基础配套设施、生态景观设计等进行进一步的探讨。

Abstract
Currently, the tourism product is from sightseeing to tourism, holiday and special bines trend. Holiday tourism is ing the fastest growing tourism products. Experts predict that by 2012 our holiday tourism revenue will reach 920 billion yuan, accounting for 61% of total tourism revenue. Based on this development trend, the paper Shinsen cultural tourist attractions launched a new plan.
People-oriented thinking from starting construction of humane living space, creating high-quality environment, to man and nature, man and the environment in harmony.
