摘要
白光 LED 作为一种新型的半导体照明光源,具有发光效率高、节能环保及安全可靠等优点,将有望取代白炽灯和荧光灯等传统照明光源,进入室内照明领域。评价白光 LED 光源品质好坏的指标主要有光通量、色坐标、色温以及显色性等。荧光粉转换白光 LED 是目前最常用的白光 LED 光源,预计长期内也将是一种重要的室内照明白光 LED 光源。目前显色性是限制荧光粉转换白光 LED 进入室内照明的关键性问题之一。因此,有必要研究如何改进荧光粉转换大功率白光 LED 的显色性。
本文首先介绍大功率白光 LED 的应用概况及封装技术,论述白光 LED 存在的显色性问题。接着阐述相关的理论基础,包括 LED 光学及色度学知识、LED 显色性评价方法、蒙特卡罗法基础原理以及正交实验设计方法。然后通过 TracePro 软件建立三种不同荧光粉涂覆形式的白光 LED 光学模型,研究荧光粉浓度及硅胶厚度对白光 LED 光色性能的影响规律,同时初步分析荧光粉沉淀对白光 LED 光色性能的影响。最后综合影响白光 LED 显色性能的主要因素:LED 封装形式及工艺、荧光粉浓度、硅胶厚度、荧光粉组合配比、蓝光 LED 发光峰值波长及荧光粉发射峰值波长,建立六种不同荧光粉组合的白光 LED 模型,提出了在得到标准白光以及尽量提高光通量的限制条件下改进大功率 LED 显色性的方案。本文通过仿真的方法分析白光 LED 显色性相关问题,所得结论具有一定的理论指导意义,为实际生产提供参考依据。

Abstract
As a new type of semiconductor lighting source, because of its advantages such as high luminous efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection, safety and reliability, white LED which is expected to replace traditional incandescent and fluorescent lighting sources will enter the field of indoor lighting. The important specifications to evaluate the quality of white LED light source include luminous flux, color coordinates, color temperature and color rendering index. The phosphor converted white LED is the monly used white LED light source at present, and it will also be expected to be a kind of important indoor lighting white LED light source for the long rendering index is one of the key issues to limit phosphor converted white LED into the interior lighting. Therefore, it is very necessary to study the effective method to improve the color rendering of phosphor converted high-power white LED.
This paper firstly introduces the application and packaging technology of high-power white LED, and discusses the existing issues of white LED color rendering. Then the foundation theory, such as LED optical and chromaticity knowledge, the evaluation methods of LED color rendering, the principle of Monte Carlo method and orthogonal experimental design method is expounded.
