摘要
本文围绕建设坚强智能电网的总体目标,以浙江省电力通信“十二五竹规划纲要为指导思想,对地区电力通信网现状进行调查研究,客观反映真实需求与网络现状的差距,在此基础上,对网络的业务量、业务类型、技术发展方向、趋势和前景进行合理预测,从而对网络的技术发展、规模发展提出相对合理的估计和评价,提出规划目标,有针对性地选择合适的规划方法和优化模型,采用定量分
析和优化技术,。本文遵循“统一规划、滚动调整、重点突破、技术创新、管理升级”的原则,提出了地区电力通信“十二五”期间及其后一段时间内的发展目标、建设原则和技术政。这些研究工作为电力通信规划制定和决策在理论上提供了参考依据。

Abs tract
This article revolves around the overall objective of building strong and smart grid,conducts the investigation and study to the local electric work present situation in following Zhejiang Province electric munication“the 1 2th Five—Year”planning framework.
Objectively reflect the gaps between real demand work present
this basis,making reasonable prediction for business volume。 service type,technological development direction,trends and prospects,thus made relatively reasonable estimation and evaluation about the development of technology and scale,proposed planning objectives to select the right planning method and optimization model,and also uses the quantitative
analysis and the optimization techniques to carry on work the
comparison and select the emphasis of article follows the principle of“Unified planning,scroll adjustments,major breakthroughs。 technological innovation, management upgrades”。puts forward the
development goals and construction principles during the Local electric munication“The 1 2th Five-Year”and later above research
work theoretically provides the reference for the electric munication
plan formulation and the decision-making.
