摘要
根据我国《婚姻法》的规定,夫妻财产关系是指由夫妻人身关系引起的直接体现一定经济内容的财产方面的权利义务关系。夫妻财产制是规定夫妻财产关系及相关问题的法律制度。包括夫妻婚前财产、婚后所得财产的归属、管理、使用、收益和处分;夫妻债务的清偿、共同生活费的负担;婚姻终止时夫妻财产的清算和分割等内容。在夫妻财产制的诸多内容中,最重要的核心内容是婚前财产和婚后所得财产的所有权归属问题。 在社会主义市场经济条件下,夫妻地位平等,家庭幸福和谐,才能营造社会健康稳定发展的大氛围。随着社会的不断向前发展,夫妻财产关系日益多元化、复杂化,对夫妻财产关系的处理和分割带来许多新的课题和新的挑战,财产的处分关系到了家庭、社会的稳定和社会主义市场经济的健康发展。关于夫妻财产关系需要探讨的问题还很多,我国的夫妻财产制也还需要进一步提高和完善。

Abstract
According to China 's "marriage law" regulation, the marital property relations are defined by the matrimonial relationship arising directly embodies the economic content of the property rights and obligations.
The marital property system is the provisions of the marital property relations and related issues of the legal married couples premarital property, property ownership, management, use, accrual and punish; marital debt settlement, common living expenses burden; the marriage is terminated when the husband and wife property liquidation and segmentation etc..On the matrimonial property system of a lot of content, the most important is the core content of property before marriage and after marriage property ownership problem.
 Under the condition of socialist market economy, the couple have equal status, family happiness and harmony, in order to create a healthy and stable development of munity the continuous development of society, marital property relationship is more and more diversified plicated, the marital property relationship and segmentation brings many new problems and new challenges, the disposition of property related to the family, social stability and the healthy development of socialist market the matrimonial property relation there are many problems needed to discuss, China's marital property system also need to further improve and perfect.
