【摘要】目的分析射频消融术证实的房室旁道(AP)台并房室结双径(DAVNP),以了解其电生
,确诊室上速合并房室结双径12例,并行射频消融
(12/73),多为臆匿性AP(10/i2),其折返途径多为AP逆
传(1o/12),(vA)与RR问期,在食道电生
理与心内电生理无显着差异(Pi>).结论AP消融后,对仍有AH跳跃现象但未能诱发一C-动过速
者,可作为手术终点,AP台并DAVNP发生心动过速虽可存在多种折返机制,但以AP逆传的房室折返
性心动过速为主.
