【摘要】目的:探讨格林巴利综合症患者的护理措施。方法:在我院
2013年所收治的格林巴利综合症患者中选取40例作为研究对象,给予患者针对性护理,观察护理前后Barthel指数,评定临床治疗护理效果。结果:3例患者出现并发症,经及时处理后均恢复;%(35/40);患者临床治疗护理效果较好,Barthel指数明显得到改善,入院、出院时Barthel指数对比差异显著,p<。结论:针对格林巴利综合症患者的病情和身体情况, 进行针对性的护理,可有效提高患者治疗的效果,降低并发症发生率。
