摘要
城中村是城市的重要组成部分,占据着城市宝贵的空间资源。这几年在城市化大背景下,城中村成为城市这只大“木桶”中的“短板”,对城市整体发展的影响日益突出,城中村已成为影响我国大多数城市科学发展、和谐发展的重要问题,怎么解决好它的改造和发展问题,成为各城市发展面临的重大问题,也是一个难题。在城镇化发展过程中,“城中村”日益成为影响邯郸城市发展的重要制约因素。解决好这一难题是落实科学发展观、统筹城乡发展、统筹区域发展、统筹经济社会发展、统筹人与自然和谐发展、坚持可持续发战略的需要。然而如何有效推进“城中村”改造,成为当前城市建设的重要任务。在调查研究的基础上,通过对邯郸市“城中村”现状与特点的透视,分析“城中村”改造所面临的问题,提出发展性建议,以期为政府决策提供参考。
