中原经济区文化产业发展战略研究.doc

内容提要
经济区的文化产业、文化产业结构和借鉴其他区域发展文化产业方面的经验的基础上,初步提出促进中原经济区文化产业发展的四大主要任务和五大重点发展方向。并提出“一个重点、两条产业带”的文化产业发展模式。最后提出四条促进中原经济区文化产业发展的四条措施,并从制随着社会经济的发展,文化产业在国民经济中的比重逐年上升,并开始在推动社会经济发展方面展现作用。尤其是中原经济区的定位为“华夏历史文明传承创新区”,是引领中西部地区经济发展的重要引擎。在通过对中原经济区文化产业发展的环境分析和现状分析,以及研究中原度层面给予了些许建议。希望以此来逐步促进文化产业成为中原经济区的支柱产业。

Abstract
With the development of social economy, the cultural industries rise the proportion in national economy and begin to show the role in promoting social and economic development. Especially the central plains economic zone define as "Huaxia civilization inheritance innovation zone", which is leading the economic development in the Midwest . Through the environmental analysis of central plains economic zone culture industry development and current situation analysis,and using the experience of other regional development culture industry,I put forward the four main tasks for the development of cultural industry and top five key development direction of promoting the central plains economic zone . At the same I put forward the "one point and two belt" of cultural industry development model. Finally, I put forward four measures to promote the development of central plains economic zone of cultural industry and give some suggestions from the system level . I hope to gradually promote the cultural industry ing pillar industry of the central plains economic zone .
