尼美舒利胶囊联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗偏头痛的临床效果研究 【摘要】目的探讨尼美舒利胶囊联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗偏头痛的临床效果。方法 80例偏头痛患者, 随机分为试验组和对照组, 每组40例。对照组采取盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗, 试验组在对照组的基础上使用尼美舒利胶囊进行治疗。比较两组患者的睡眠质量和疼痛程度。结果两组患者治疗后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评分、视觉模拟评分法评分均低于本组治疗前, 差异均具有统计学意义。治疗后试验组PSQI评分、VAS评分分别为、分, 均低于对照组的、分, 差异均具有统计学意义。结论采用尼美舒利胶囊联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗偏头痛比单纯应用盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊效果优越, 值得在临床推广。 【关键词】尼美舒利胶囊;盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊;偏头痛 DOI:// 【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical effect of nimesulide bined with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules in the treatment of migraine. Methods A total of 80 migraine patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with flunarizine hydrochloride capsules, and the experimental group was treated with nimesulide capsules on the basis of the control group. Comparison were made on sleep quality and pain degree in two groups. Results Both groups had lower Pittsburgh sleep quality index score, visual analogue scale score after treatment than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant .
